Dr. Bob Fry - Doctor lecture in the morning covering topics such as Self Ligation, Treatment Timing, Laser Therapy, Finishing, and other current Clinical Topics.

Charlene White of Progressive Concepts will speak to Staff during the morning session. "Charlene's Secrets to Marketing Your Practice Even in Tough Economic Times." Internal and external marketing, along with teamwork play a big role in creating job security and continued success.

After Lunch, Dr. Fry will speak to Staff members about Time Management, Human Resources, Change and Stress. Charlene will then speak to the Doctors in the afternoon session, "Financial Rewards of Increased Efficiency." This lecture will include how to increase Case Acceptance, Overhead Analysis, The return investment of Marketing, and using current technology to streamline your practice.
